Find American Sailing Association sailing schools located in the state of Michigan where you can take beginning to advanced sailing lessons.
In its on-going work for safer boating worldwide, the ASA has
instituted the green dot. Each school below with a green dot in its
listing has had Vessel Safety Checks performed on boats used for
instruction. The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary performs these checks as a
public service on recreational boats throughout the U.S.
Please be advised that effective 7/28/10 Fair Wind Sailing School was suspended as an ASA Affiliate.

Any students attending any of the Fair Wind Sailing Schools will not be eligible to receive ASA certification.*
*Please note that Fairwind Sail Charters located in Chicago, IL and Fairwind Yacht Club located in Marina del Rey, CA are not in any way affiliated with Fair Wind Sailing Schools and are in good standing with ASA.
 Schools with a green dot have one or more of their boats inspected for safety by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary.
